Mid-week Announcements on June 10, 2020
1) Mid-week devotional – Take 15 minutes today to check out our mid-week devotional from pastor Tony Edwards, as he leads us through Luke 17:1-4 – “Do the Right Thing”.
2) FBCUM Virtual Prayer Meeting (6/17/20) at 6:30 PM – Lord willing, we’ll meet online to pray together as a church family. Please check your email that morning for the ZOOM information to join us. If you have any questions, please contact the church office so we can help.
3) Congratulations to our 2020 Graduating Seniors – We had a chance to hear from our graduating seniors. Please take a moment to watch the video so we can celebrate with them, wish them well, and pray for them on the next step of life.
4)Funeral Details – Please be in prayer for friends and family members as we celebrate the lives of these loved ones and grieve with them. If you have any remaining questions about funeral details please contact the church office at [email protected]
Melvyn Goldsborough – Funeral will be held at FBCUM this Friday, 12:30pm for family only. We will be broadcasting the funeral service via Zoom. Please check your email for the zoom information.
Harold Sye – Burial for the immediate family will be at Cheltenham, MD on June 30, 2020. Linda is planning a memorial service for Harold for a later date.
Martha Swartzbaugh (mother of Lewis Swartzbaugh and Debbie West) – Visitation will be at the Lee Funeral Home in Owings, MD on Sunday, June 14, 2020 (2-4pm & 6-8pm). Funeral Service: Monday, June 15 at 9:30am.
Joyce Beverly (Andrea Fleet’s mother) – Visitation at the Sewell Funeral Home, Prince Frederick, MD on Friday, June 12 @ 6pm. Funeral service will be Service: Saturday, June 13 @ 11:00 AM; committal Service and Interment immediately following at St. John’s United Methodist Church

7) Giving We encourage you to continue to faithfully give as a way to sustain the gospel ministry at FBCUM and as a means for us to care for those in need as a church family.
