Mid-week Announcements on April 27, 2022

1) Wednesday Night Inductive Bible Study tonight & AWANA tonight, 6:30 PM  – Join us tonight for our Wednesday Night inductive Bible study in Room 117/118 where one of our pastors leads us through a passage of Scripture verse-by-verse where together we observe what the text says, interpret what it means, and seek to apply it with God’s help. All are welcome, join us tonight as we dive into 2 Peter 2:10-16!

2) Lord’s Supper this Sunday – Lord willing, we’ll be celebrating the Lord’s Supper together this coming Sunday (5/1/22). Please use the following week to prepare your heart and seek reconciliation with any church member you may be in conflict with as we remember Christ, our commitment to Him, and to each other during the Lord’s Supper.

3) Small Groups at FBCUM – We are looking at (re)launching community groups here at FBCUM as an additional way for us to encourage each other through the week, help the word of Christ dwell in us richly, and stir one another up to love and good deeds. Lord willing, we’ll send out a brief survey later this week to help us in planning. Watch your email and pray for God to bless these groups. We’ll keep you posted with new information as the plans unfold.

4) New Sermon Card – Join us in reading through the text we’re diving into each Sunday, praying before for God to open our eyes to see His beauty, and praying after for God to bear fruit in our lives – that we would be doers of His word for His glory. 5) Giving We encourage you to continue to faithfully give as a way to sustain the gospel ministry at FBCUM and as a means for us to care for those in need as a church family.
